What is in scope
All three target commercial or advertising contact with consumers who registered to be left alone. Mexico stresses marketing calls, messages, and advertising use of contact data. Argentina names advertise, offer, sell, or gift by phone, including automated calls and foreign-operated campaigns. Colombia, after Ley 2300, reaches calls and other channels beyond SMS, plus how-and-when expectations.
None of them is the US National DNC Registry. A clean FTC result is silent on these numbers. National DNC vs LATAM DNC.
Enforcement, at the level we will state
- Mexico: per call or message under LFPC. Complaints online. Published telemarketing actions. Wide statutory ranges. PROFECO fines.
- Argentina: per-call infringement, complaint-driven, escalating repeats. Banks, insurers, call centers appear in published decisions. AAIP enforcement.
- Colombia: commercial contact that ignores the RNE is sanctionable territory; Ley 2300 adds channel and hours. We do not publish a peso default for Colombia on the calculator.

Which LATAM countries does DNC LATAM cover today? +
Mexico REPEP (PROFECO), Argentina Registro Nacional No Llame (AAIP), and Colombia RNE (CRC). Each is an independent SKU. Coming end of September 2026: Spain, Australia, and Singapore.
Can I buy all three as one plan? +
No. There is no all-countries plan and no automatic multi-country discount. Buy the destinations you dial. One API contract, three prices.
Do the registries share a refresh cadence? +
No. Mexico publishes official REPEP data every 15 days, zone by zone. Argentina and Colombia expect a current consult before each campaign. Do not apply a 31-day US TSR habit to all three.
Is one screening record enough for a mixed campaign? +
No. Each check is one country. A Mexico record does not prove Argentina or Colombia was consulted.
