Can a dealer use DNC LATAM without a local entity? +
Yes. You do not need a Mexican, Argentine, or Colombian company to call us. The portals want that entity, a CSV, and a login. Estudio Miotti holds official access. You resell the check.

Do end users get government portal logins? +
No. They get a check: prohibited, safe, invalid, plus a dated screening record. They do not receive PROFECO, AAIP, or CRC credentials. Raw feeds and white-label stay on Enterprise terms.
