A clean DNC.com result on a +52 number is not a REPEP pass. That number was never in the US FTC file. Clean means out of scope, not clear to call in Mexico. DNC LATAM is the official REPEP / No Llame / RNE API (and CSV), with dated screening records, from $500/mo per country. Immediate access. Use both if you dial both worlds. Do not swap one for the other.

What a US scrub cannot see
A +52, +54, or +57 input is outside the FTC file. DNC.com returns a clean result because the number was never in scope. PROFECO, AAIP, and CRC still expect a current official check. Access is local: Spanish portals, zone files, CUIT, CRC trámites. A US compliance seat usually cannot complete that work.

Not for US numbers. DNC.com / DNCScrub is built around TCPA and the US FTC DNC file for +1. DNC LATAM checks official Mexico REPEP (PROFECO), Argentina No Llame (AAIP), and Colombia RNE (CRC).
Can I drop DNC.com if I only dial Mexico? +
If you no longer dial +1, you do not need a US National DNC seat for those campaigns. You still need official REPEP access. Keep DNC.com (or a peer) the moment US destinations stay on the dialer.
Does a clean DNC.com result mean a +52 number is clear? +
