Estimate what calling un-scrubbed lists can cost you. Regulators in
Mexico, Argentina and the US fine per call,
not per campaign — pick a market, enter your volume, adjust the
assumptions.
Estimates only, using editable assumptions. Actual fines depend on the
regulator, severity and recidivism. Statutory references: LFPC
(Mexico), Law 26.951 (Argentina), TCPA/TSR (US). Not legal advice.
How the math works
Regulators treat each call to a registered number as a separate
violation. Your exposure is: calls per month × share of
numbers on the registry × fine per violation. Scrubbing your
lists against the current registry release before dialing removes
the violating calls. See
how DNC scrubbing works, and the country
guides for Mexico,
Argentina, and
Colombia.
