A contact center's DNC duty follows the number being dialed, not the country where the agent sits. A nearshore BPO in Mexico, Colombia, or the US that places marketing calls into +52, +54, or +57 needs the destination registry: Mexico REPEP (PROFECO), Argentina Registro Nacional No Llame (AAIP), or Colombia RNE (CRC). The US National DNC list does not cover those numbers.

What a nearshore floor actually dials

One floor often runs mixed books. US-client campaigns into +1 still need the FTC National DNC Registry and TCPA records. The same seats may also run the client's Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia expansion. Those lists need a different scrub, a different refresh cadence, and a different screening record. Treating "we already scrub DNC" as one control is how LATAM campaigns launch unchecked.

How the floor runs the check

  1. Tag every list with a destination country before it reaches the dialer. Country of the agent is the wrong tag.
  2. Scrub +52 against current REPEP, +54 against current No Llame, +57 against current RNE. Do not reuse a US file.
  3. Ops can upload a CSV in the panel. Engineering can wire the DNC API into the dialer and send country: "mx", "ar", or "co". Same engine either way. Walkthrough: dialer or CRM integration.
  4. Keep the dated screening record with the campaign file the client would ask for in an audit. Counts and metadata only. No phone numbers.

What DNC LATAM does for the center

We hold official PROFECO, AAIP, and CRC access. You buy the countries you actually dial. Each country is its own SKU, from $500/month at 10,000 checks, and activates as soon as payment succeeds. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve months of service. This is not a US TCPA product. Keep your existing US vendor for +1.
