DNC LATAM is a service of Estudio Miotti (Argentina). This page describes what the product stores when you use the public website, the customer panel, or the REST API. It is not a substitute for the API contract. The live technical policy for scrubs is in the zero data retention guide and the DNC LATAM OpenAPI document.

Website and contact

The marketing site at dnclatam.com is a public information site. If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you typed so we can reply. We use that correspondence to answer you. Analytics scripts on the marketing site (when present) collect ordinary web-traffic measurements. They are not used to store customer phone lists.

Accounts, billing, and API keys

The customer panel at app.dnclatam.com stores organization account data needed to operate the service: login identity, country purchases, quota usage aggregates, and hashed API keys. Raw API keys are shown once at creation and are not stored in recoverable form. Billing is handled by the payment processor; DNC LATAM keeps the entitlement and invoice references required to provide the country plans you bought.

Synchronous v1 scrubs (zero data retention)

On POST /v1/scrub, phone inputs exist only in request memory. They are normalized, checked against the selected official registry, and returned in the response. Request memory is then released. DNC LATAM does not write v1 phone numbers, request bodies, or per-number result arrays to its database or application logs. Responses carry x-retention: zero.

What v1 does persist is operational and aggregate only: organization and hashed API-key records, country and timestamps, non-sensitive request metadata, a keyed non-reversible idempotency fingerprint, and aggregate counts (checked, prohibited, invalid). Those counts appear on the dated screening record delivered with the result. The screening record never contains phone numbers.

Durable v2 and panel CSV

POST /v2/scrub must keep encrypted input temporarily so a disconnected request, deploy, or country maintenance window can finish. Attached input becomes due for purge when the job terminalizes. A successful encrypted result remains retrievable for seven days from successful terminalization. Non-phone job metadata remains for 30 days. v2 responses use x-retention: transient-encrypted, never zero. Panel CSV scrub is a separate authenticated flow with its own bounded encrypted retention; it is not the public API.

What we do not claim

Zero data retention at DNC LATAM does not remove data from your own logs, queues, support tickets, or AI prompts. We do not sell a phone-level audit database. We do not claim cryptographic erasure proofs beyond the retention modes published in the API contract. We are not a US National DNC or TCPA archive.
