One subscription. Both registries. Zero bureaucracy.
Registering with PROFECO and the AAIP, buying lists zone by zone, and keeping them current is weeks of paperwork in Spanish. We did it once so you never have to.
We maintain the registries
We source Mexico's REPEP directly from PROFECO and Argentina's Registro No Llame from the AAIP — every zone, every release cycle, handled for you.
You get the feed, or scrub a list

You stay audit-proof
Every scrub comes with a dated compliance certificate referencing the registry release it was checked against.

REPEP publishes new numbers twice a month. Your feed follows the official release calendar.

Questions, answered.
Is this the official registry data?+
Yes. The Mexico list is the REPEP (Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad) published by PROFECO, and the Argentina list is the Registro Nacional No Llame published by the AAIP. We source both directly from the government registries — nothing scraped, nothing inferred.
How often is the data updated?+
REPEP publishes updates every 15 days and Argentina's registry updates continuously. Your feed follows each official release cycle, and every file is stamped with the registry release date it corresponds to.
How is the data delivered?+
Immediately after checkout you can download the current month's lists, and every new release after that — month after month while your subscription is active. You can also upload a CSV of phone numbers and get back the cleaned list plus a compliance certificate.
What happens if I call a number on these lists?+
In Mexico, PROFECO can fine companies for each call made to a REPEP-registered number. In Argentina, the AAIP sanctions violations of Law 26.951 per infringement. Fines routinely exceed the cost of years of scrubbing.
Do I need a Mexican or Argentine legal entity?+
No. That's the point — registering with PROFECO or the AAIP requires local paperwork in Spanish. We maintain the registrations so foreign callers can be compliant without setting up a local entity.
Can I white-label this inside my own compliance product?+
Yes. Compliance vendors and data platforms use our feed inside their own scrubbing products. Same subscription, no extra licensing fee — talk to us if you need a custom SLA.
Do you cover other Latin American countries?+
Mexico and Argentina today. Colombia (RNE) and Uruguay (Registro No Llame) maintain similar registries and are on our roadmap — subscribers get new countries first.
