Call center compliance and contact center compliance for Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia mean the same job: scrub the destination registry before anyone dials. Mexico is REPEP (PROFECO). The four pillars of outbound compliance
- Do Not Call scrubbing. Every list is checked against the official DNC registry of the destination country before dialing. This is the highest-risk, most-enforced rule everywhere. See how DNC scrubbing works or the DNC API if the check belongs in the dialer.
- Consent management. Numbers with prior express consent can usually be called even if registered, but you must be able to prove that consent with records.

- Audit trail. Dated screening records and consent records are what you show a regulator. No paperwork, no defense.

A minimal compliant workflow
- Pull the current DNC registry result for each destination country.
- Scrub every campaign list no more than 30 days before dialing.
- Keep the dated screening record with the campaign records.
- Log consent separately, and honor opt-outs immediately.
