About DNC LATAM
DNC LATAM is a service of Estudio Miotti, an Argentine firm that has spent years doing the unglamorous work behind Do Not Call compliance in Latin America: maintaining authorized registry access by country, acquiring the required data, tracking every release cycle, and turning government sources into a check companies can actually run.
That work started as a private data service for international technology companies that needed LATAM calling compliance and had no way to navigate Spanish-language government bureaucracy from abroad. DNC LATAM makes the same service available to everyone, call centers, CPaaS platforms, and compliance vendors, as one public API plus CSV in the panel.
Why an Argentine studio?
Because these registries are local by design. The portals are in Spanish, the registrations require local tax identities, and the release calendars change with local regulation. Being on the ground, with the language, the legal context, and the government relationships, is the product. We handle Latin America's bureaucracy so you can send a country field and a list of numbers.
What we believe
- Consumers who opted out should never be called. Compliance is not a tax on outbound teams. It is how calling stays a viable channel.
- Compliance data should be boring. Official sources, documented releases, dated certificates. No scraping, no guesswork.
- One API, independent country prices. No "contact sales" for the self-serve catalog. From $500/month per country, with the selected allowance included. There is no all-countries plan. Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia are live today. Spain, Australia, and Singapore are planned product coverage, end of September 2026.
