What the certificate is

Every operational check produces a dated record. It names the country you selected, the official registry that was used, and the release or check context at that moment. It is tied to that scrub, not a general statement that "we scrub lists."

  • Date. When the check ran, close enough to the dial to be useful.
  • Country. Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia today. A US certificate does not cover LATAM. Spain, Australia, and Singapore are planned product coverage, end of September 2026, and are not live for certificates yet.
  • Registry release or check context. Which official version or live consult the result used.
  • The result. What was prohibited, safe, or invalid on that list.

Why BPO clients and auditors ask for it

Regulators and brand clients do not want a process slide. They want the artifact for a specific campaign. After a complaint, "we usually scrub" is not a defense. A call log shows who was dialed. It does not show the list was checked, on what date, against which official release.

Nearshore floors feel this first. The client owns the brand. The BPO ran the campaign. Someone has to produce the LATAM record. That is why the certificate has to fall out of the check, not live in someone's inbox.

Nothing scraped or inferred

The certificate is only as good as the list behind it. We check official government registries: REPEP / PROFECO, Registro Nacional No Llame / AAIP, and RNE / CRC. Country guides: Mexico, Argentina, Colombia.

It is not a separate SKU

The certificate is a byproduct of the same check you already run. Call the public API or upload a CSV in the panel. You get the DNC result and the dated record together. There is no certificate add-on and no extra line item. Pricing stays the country SKU you already bought, from $500/mo at 10,000 checks. Zero-retention still applies: we do not keep your source list.
