Official Latam DNC Hit Rates

DNC LATAM · Compliance guides

A hit on this page means one thing: a structurally valid phone input was found on the official Do Not Call registry for the country of that scrub. Mexico is REPEP (PROFECO). Argentina is Registro Nacional No Llame (AAIP). Colombia is RNE (CRC). We do not publish invented percentages. The tables below stay N/A until the sample is large enough.

Methodology

This is a methodology page first, a stats page second. DNC LATAM, a service of Estudio Miotti (Argentina), scrubs customer phone inputs against the applicable official registry for one selected country. The public result classes are documented at docs.dnclatam.com: prohibited_numbers_to_call, safe_numbers_to_call, and invalid_numbers.

• Hit. Found on the selected official registry. Same meaning as prohibited_numbers_to_call.
• Not a hit. Structurally valid and not found on that registry at the time of the check (safe_numbers_to_call). Not a claim that the line is active, consented, or lawful to call under every other rule.
• Not in the hit-rate numerator or denominator. Invalid inputs. They failed structural validation or were rejected as unparseable. They are not "clear" and they are not registered.
• One country per scrub. We will not average REPEP, No Llame, and RNE into one LATAM figure.
• Official source only. Nothing scraped. Nothing inferred from US National DNC or TCPA files.

Dataset status: collecting. Figures update when the sample is large enough. Until then every published rate cell is N/A. The CTO supplies the first live aggregates. We will not fill this table from guesses, vendor blogs, or a single campaign.

Mexico REPEP (PROFECO)

REPEP is the Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad, run by PROFECO. A Mexico hit is a valid +52 input found on the current official REPEP release used for that scrub. PROFECO publishes extracts zone by zone, about every 15 days. A hit is not "this zone file is large." It is "this number was on the list we checked."

Argentina No Llame (AAIP)

Argentina's official list is the Registro Nacional No Llame, run by AAIP under Law 26.951. A hit is a valid +54 input found on the current No Llame data used for that scrub. AAIP expects a current consult, not a quarterly file. We will not treat "continuous updates" as a published percentage.

Colombia RNE (CRC)

Colombia's official list is the Registro de Números Excluidos (RNE), run by the CRC under Ley 2300. A hit is a valid +57 input found on the current RNE result used for that scrub. Teams query before commercial outreach. A hit is not a Ley 2300 hours violation and not a CRC portal login count.
