Foreign Company Access to LATAM DNC Lists

Official LATAM Do Not Call data is published for companies that can complete local registration. That design blocks most US and nearshore firms. Mexico REPEP (PROFECO), Argentina Registro Nacional No Llame (AAIP), and Colombia RNE (CRC) are Spanish-language government systems. They are not FTC subscription products. A foreign caller is still expected to check them.
DNC LATAM is how Estudio Miotti (Argentina) holds that access and exposes a check: one REST API plus panel CSV. You do not become the registry user of record. You buy the country you dial.

What "we hold access" means
Estudio Miotti maintains authorized, country-specific access. Each official release or live consult is turned into a customer scrub. You send a country field and phone inputs. You get prohibited, safe, and invalid results plus a dated screening record. Official source. No scrape. No inferred list.
Self-serve does not include raw registry feeds or the right to white-label the data. Those stay on Enterprise OEM terms. For platforms. Contact for OEM.
What we do not hand you
- PROFECO, AAIP, or CRC usernames.
- A promise that you are registered as the company user.
- A legal opinion or a compliance certification.
- US National DNC / TCPA coverage. Keep your FTC vendor for +1.
- Live API checks for Spain, Australia, or Singapore. Those are coming end of September 2026. Assisted registration is a different service. Coming markets.
Nearshore is still "foreign" to the portal
A floor in Mexico City can still fail Argentina's CUIT gate. A floor in Bogotá can still fail Mexico's zone-purchase process. Local agents do not equal local registry credentials for every destination they dial. Seat country and destination country are different problems. Nearshore call centers. DNC for BPOs.
When to buy
Buy when the destination is live (MX, AR, CO) and you will not staff government-portal operations in Spanish. From $500/month per country at 10,000 checks. Questions, answered
Can a US company download LATAM DNC lists directly? +
Each country has a local gate. Mexico's REPEP portal expects Spanish provider registration and per-zone purchases. Argentina's No Llame user account needs a CUIT. Colombia's RNE is a CRC trámites service with Spanish manuals. Most foreign firms cannot complete those steps cleanly.
Does DNC LATAM give us those government logins? +
No. We hold official access and return a check: determination plus a dated screening record. You do not receive PROFECO, AAIP, or CRC credentials, and you do not receive a raw weekly dump as the self-serve product.
Do we need a local legal entity? +
Not to use DNC LATAM. Where local access is required, we maintain it so foreign callers can check campaigns without setting up a Mexican, Argentine, or Colombian entity.
Is assisted registration the same as API coverage? +
No. Assisted company-held registration for other markets (Spain, Australia, Singapore, and others) is a separate service. It is not API coverage until that country is live and sellable.
When should we buy? +
When you dial +52, +54, or +57 for commercial contact and you will not staff Spanish government-portal operations. From $500/month per country at 10,000 checks.
