DNC for CPaaS Platforms Dialing LATAM

DNC LATAM · Compliance guides

CPaaS platforms already ship a US Do Not Call story. Tenants then turn on Mexico or Argentina voice and keep the same toggle. That is how un-scrubbed +52 and +54 traffic ships under a "DNC enabled" label. Official coverage for those numbers is REPEP (PROFECO), Registro Nacional No Llame (AAIP), and RNE (CRC). Different operators. Different access. Different screening record.

Commercial packaging: for platforms. Contract shape: DNC API. How-tos: Twilio, Aircall. Dialer-shaped siblings: DNC for dialer platforms. Paid add-on: DNC add-on for CPaaS and A2P dealers. Promo SMS: for wholesalers. Dealers without a local entity: one DNC API.

Expose a country primitive, not a LATAM blob

The public request is one country field and an array of phones. mx, ar, co. Your API should look the same to tenants. Do not return a single "LATAM DNC: clear" boolean that merges three registries. Attach the registry name the tenant will see on an audit: REPEP, No Llame, or RNE.

Pass through or persist the dated screening record. BPO tenants will ask for it. Counts and metadata only. No phones from us. Screening records.

Where to hang the check

  • Number verify or lookup style APIs, before an outbound voice session.
  • Messaging send path, when the use case is commercial or advertising.
  • Bulk import when a tenant uploads a campaign list into your studio.

You decide whether the check is a platform-paid feature or a tenant-paid add-on. If you resell or white-label, pricing is custom. For wholesalers. Get a wholesale quote.

Do not imply TCPA coverage

Copy that says "global DNC" while calling only the FTC file is the failure mode. Say US National DNC where you mean US. Say official Mexico / Argentina / Colombia lists where you mean us. We are not a US TCPA product. National DNC vs LATAM DNC.

Coming end of September: Spain, Australia, and Singapore. Do not ship those as live API countries today. Assisted registration is not coverage. Coming markets.

When to buy

Buy when a tenant pipeline already includes LATAM destinations or your roadmap has a compliance tile for Mexico. Start self-serve, one country, API first. CSV remains for tenants who will not write code. v1 zero-retention is the privacy sentence your security questionnaire wants. Docs: docs.dnclatam.com.

Questions, answered

Why does a CPaaS need LATAM DNC? +

Voice and messaging customers already expect a US DNC gate. When those same tenants place marketing calls or SMS into Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia, the FTC list does not apply. Official REPEP, No Llame, and RNE checks belong in the product.

Is this the same as the for-platforms page? +

For-platforms is the buyer path: self-serve vs Enterprise OEM. This page is the CPaaS persona: how to expose a destination-country DNC primitive without implying US TCPA coverage.

Can we white-label the data on self-serve? +

No. Self-serve is the public API plus panel CSV. White-label, OEM rights, and raw registry feeds require a signed Enterprise agreement.

One API or one SKU? +

One public contract (country field + phone array). Independent price per country. There is no all-countries plan and no multi-country discount.

When should we buy? +

When tenants are already sending +52, +54, or +57 traffic, or you are shipping a LATAM compliance toggle. Single-tenant self-serve is on the homepage. CPaaS and wholesale resale is custom. Get a wholesale quote.
